Turning digital performance into clear priorities
10,481 search clicks · +20.7% quarter over quarter
Context & my role
My role at Jusoor spans marketing operations, SEO, email and performance reporting. The Q3 report brings social, website, search and paid campaign data into one view.
The approach
The analysis draws on GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Mailchimp and campaign exports. It separates paid and organic performance and documents changes in measurement so the numbers have context.
The evidence
Search clicks increased from 8,685 in Q2 to 10,481 in Q3. Referring domains increased from 601 to 759. Google Ads clicks rose from 5,087 to 5,314. These are channel-level results and do not establish revenue attribution.
Context & lessons
The report proposed clearer newsletter calls to action, more Arabic scholarship content, technical SEO fixes and campaign budget changes. These are recommendations, not claims of completed implementation.
What the reporting work involved
The quarterly review brings together Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Mailchimp, social platform exports and Google Ads reporting. Its purpose is to make the next marketing decisions easier: which content to develop, which campaigns to investigate and which measurements need attention.
Three decisions supported by the analysis
- Content priorities: Arabic scholarship pages led search performance, supporting a recommendation for more relevant Arabic guides.
- Campaign efficiency: The DSA campaign absorbed a large share of spend at a weaker CTR, prompting a recommendation to review its allocation and develop focused campaigns.
- Measurement quality: Newsletter bot filtering changed between quarters. The report flags that change rather than interpreting every lower rate as audience disengagement.

Quarter comparison in the report
This work sample demonstrates analysis and prioritization. The recommended changes are separate from completed implementation, and the figures do not establish a revenue outcome.
